The rooms at Aurora Premium Hotel & Spa are incredibly spacious and feel luxurious with their five-star standard amenities. As an adventure traveler who loves to relax and unwind after a long day, I absolutely loved the comfort and size of the rooms.
Personally, I found the seating area in the rooms to be a bit cramped. However, I understand that this is just my subjective opinion and others might still find it perfectly cozy.

I recently had a great experience at Aurora Premium Hotel & Spa. The hotel was new, bright, and clean, with comfortable beds and a super clean bathroom. The location in the Old Quarter was safe and central, making it convenient to explore the city. The staff were always present and incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast was generous, with delicious coffee. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The Delicacy Central Hotel & Spa was an amazing experience! The therapists at Deli Spa were so skilled and dedicated, and the oils and treatments were top-notch. Central Sky Bar gave a whole new perspective with its 360-degree view. Loved it! As for the downside, the elevator music could use some improvement.

i was there for 1 night and ate at gastronomic restaurant with a nice view over hanoi. i could use iron and ironing board, a work desk, and a fireplace. the location was great, within walking distance to all the main sights and overlooking the lake. had brunch in the lucky bar, located nearby.

Great amenities and excellent location. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city and was close to public transportation. We also enjoyed the variety of local food options nearby.
The New Year's Eve party at the hotel was a disaster. The music was too loud and went on until the early hours of the morning, making it impossible to sleep.

Tasteful small hotel in marvellous and AWESOME location in centre. Absolutely fantastic and fantastic staff providing helpful services. Cozy beds and central heating, an individual safe and multi-channel TV. Early check in and late check out. Everything brand-new. Location just next door to the Old Quarter and the Lake on foot, and many eateries. Awesome experience there.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is conveniently close to the lake, shopping street, and the old quarter. Guests also enjoy delicious local cuisine at the Chestnut Restaurant, and Emily, the restaurant manager’s service was exceptional. The rooms are clean and spacious with modern amenities, and guests can relax in the spa after a busy day. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure guests have an enjoyable stay.
Parking can be challenging due to the hotel’s central location.
